Always a great experience in Williams lake Excellent customer service and they always have vegetarian soups choices.

I would rate this establishment zero stars because the manager was overly rude when I asked for fresh hash browns, I told him I couldn't eat them over cooked because I had just came from my dentist appointment and he told me to "get them someplace else". I've been at this location before and there wasn't a problem. Most locations offer all customers a formal apology and an exchange of the product. It's just hash browns. I took his advise and I've been enjoying good food elsewhere.

Good food and drink and fast service

Great cup of fresh dark roast. Mostly all I get at any TH when travelling or occasionally a classic muffin i.e. not the filled kind, or a CM donut. Happy servers despite being really busy at the time. They’ve done a good job of managing the restaurant during this virus nonsense.

Service is consistently fast and accurate. The drive through line is usually very long at peak times but moves surprisingly fast. I would say this place has excellent management with very effective and motivated employees

While I disagree with the Tim Hortons brand on numerous issues, this Tim Hortons has got to be the fastest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The line up may seem daunting but they'll have you through in 5 minutes or less! Only reason why I go here-the McDonalds down the street is way too slow. Never had a messed up order and staff are super friendly!

We are customers for over 10 years and never experienced such a bad customer service like we did lately with a teenage girl and today a teenage boy who took the order. They have a very rude behavior while other young people are very friendly.

Tim Horton's used to be a pretty good spot for me to eat but my girlfriend drinks about 30 ice caps today so I've tend to start to hate Tim Hortons I'll still give it a three out of five star,. but yeah!

Great place with friendly, local folk I found to be very helpful and informative in their answers for the questions I had about the community and available resources.*Tim Horton's itself would haved received 5 stars IF they had Timbits prepared and ready to serve! Coffee is a big one on my list but you can get so much more lunch and nibbles too on the go food

We need one of these in Texas. During this visit Tim Hortons has always been our breakfast spot. I drink my coffee black and their coffee doesn't have that burnt taste you can sometimes get. Their donuts are also really good.

WiFi is Useless. Does not allow user to use a VPN. And if no VPN used, aside from being wide open for attack of data theft, it is SLOW. Cell would not even connect. Next time back to STARBUCKS. Sorry Tim.

The staff were friendly here, although the food did take a while to be ready. When it came, it was fresh and tasty. The parking is good, and getting in and out is not bad.

Good coffee and donut shop. Pretty good lunch choices too but prices are getting to high for what you get.

Typical Tim's, good fast service!

New cups are horrendous, the red colouring rubs off on your hands and they leak at the seam on the top of the cup. New lids equals cheaper cups. Swing and a miss.

I love the new apple cinnamon fog.

The lady working there needs an attitude adjustment.. very rude..The premium donuts also have next to no filling in them!!! My tea was fine!

Customer service is pretty great. They always try their best. I can't argue when I get my double double and donuts.

Would rate 0 if I could. Rude manager = rude staff. I left my debit card in the store and when I asked for it they told me they didnt have it. I went back a couple days later to inquire once again because that was the only option and it turns out they had it the whole time. They are liars. Not to be trusted. Will never be returning.
